Update for Retailers: The Way Assembly Price is Calculated Has Changed

If a manufacturer uses a percentage for assembly charge, the dealer can now see the percentage applied to their numbers and not to the manufacturer cost/list price.

This is an option for Manufacturers to create, update, or remove a location for their Dealers.
