Kitchen & Bath Retailer Suite
Know your margin before the quote goes out
Your design tool gives you a price. Retailer Suite takes the job from there: the proposal your customer signs, a purchase order for every vendor on the job, and the margin you kept.

Trusted by
Why does a showroom need more than a design tool?
The kitchen gets priced in the design software, then typed line by line into QuickBooks or the other ERPs showrooms use.
The countertop price sits in an email. Four purchase orders go out, tracked in four places.
The job closes before anyone looks at the margin.
Five steps, catalog to purchase order
Load the catalogs you buy from.
KitchenDEV builds them and keeps them current. That includes vendors with no design catalog anywhere.

Build the estimate.
Import a design file, or pick parts straight from the catalog. Cabinets from two vendors, the countertop, hardware, labor and delivery all go on one estimate.

Price it.
Cost, selling price, markup, discount and expected profit sit on the screen while your designer is still building it.

Send it.
A secure link the customer opens on a phone. They compare the options, accept, and sign with a finger. They don't need an account.

Order it.
One purchase order per vendor, each with its own lead time and payment status. It goes out by email from the app, or it carries what you need to key into the vendor's own portal.

What clients say
- 100,000+estimates and orders processed since 2018
“I love how it splits everything: the flooring, the countertop, the cabinets. Super clean, very, very thorough.”
“This is such a good tool. This is literally exactly what we needed. And it's so easy to use, and it aggregates so much paperwork into one place.”
“I can see this is made from the perspective of someone that has to do it every day, not just the software guy.”
Who it helps
Owners
See the margin on every job before it goes out, what each designer sold and made each month, and a log of every multiplier change with who made it.
Designers
Import the Design Flex file or pick from the catalog, put two vendors, the countertop, labor and delivery on one estimate, and send a proposal the customer signs on a phone.
Office and purchasing
One purchase order per vendor, emailed from the app, and the finished job in QuickBooks or the ERP you use.
Five pricing layers, one view of what you made
Retailer Suite carries the pricing layers you already use:
- 1Cost and your retail multiplier, on each catalog.
- 2Different pricing for homeowners, contractors and builders.
- 3An override for one customer.
- 4Another for one job.
- 5Added markup when a job needs extra design, delivery or installation.
Change a catalog multiplier and it gets logged, with who changed it.
At the end of the month you see what each designer sold, what it cost and what it made.
We build your catalogs, including the ones nobody publishes
Design software prices what manufacturers publish. Most showrooms sell more than that, and we build all of it into Retailer Suite.
Vendor catalogs.
The cabinet lines you buy from. Many are already in our catalog library, so you price off them on day one. When a new price sheet comes in, the catalog is usually updated inside a week.
Your stock list.
Sinks, slabs, hardware or anything you keep in stock. A simple list with your cost and selling price is enough to start.

Your private label.
Products you redistribute or drop-ship under your own brand, priced and ordered like any other line.

Questions showrooms ask
Design Flex gives you the price. Retailer Suite runs the rest of the sale: the lead, the options your customer compares, the signed proposal, the deposit, a purchase order for every vendor and the finished job in QuickBooks or the ERP you use. Keep designing in Design Flex and import the file.
No. The sold job posts to QuickBooks as one summarized entry, not hundreds of cabinet lines. Your books stay in QuickBooks.
Yes. One estimate can carry cabinets, countertops, hardware and fixtures, appliances, tile, labor and anything else you sell.
Lead, estimate and order boards you can drag jobs across. One shared calendar for measures, deliveries and installs. Every vendor PO with its lead time and delivery date. Review requests sent automatically when a job is done. Permissions, so only owners see cost and profit. More than one location under one account.
We build your catalogs from your price sheets, set up your pricing layers and train your team. Support and catalog upkeep are in the subscription.
