Improved Proposal and Order Status Workflow for Retailers gives retailers a clearer picture of what’s happening and allows them to follow up on specific proposals and orders.
New feature available both in the retailer and manufacturer part of the application. On the retailer side, a user can submit RMA requests. These requests are then visible in the manufacturer part where they can be accepted or rejected.
Manufacturers can now define assembly settings globally, per collection, or per specific item. They can also define a shipping fee based on distance and order cost.
We significantly improved the style of Proposal pages and enhanced autosaving functionality. Users are now also able to preview order email before it goes to the manufacturer.
New module that allows manufacturers to manage dealers, orders, RMA, their catalog, and much more. Dealers can now send orders to their manufacturer directly within the application.
A new page in the retailer part of the application displaying calendar view. Retailers can now keep track of different events and follow up easily.
Ability to download order packing slip as a PDF document from the order edit page within Cabinets Pricing & Ordering software.
A retailer can attach design images or any custom files to the proposal here. Attached design images will be included in the proposal PDF document.
A different approach to creating a proposal where initial step (filling in the customer name, description, designer) is skipped.
