Privacy policy

This policy explains what information KitchenDEV collects when you use kitchendev.com, how KitchenDEV uses it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. KitchenDEV's software products are covered by each client's agreement.

Information you give us

When you fill in the contact form or book a demo, KitchenDEV collects what you enter: your name, job title, email address, company, website, phone number if you give one, your business type, your answers to the form's questions, and any message you write. KitchenDEV uses this to reply to you, schedule and run the demo, and keep a record of the conversation.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, kitchendev.com records how visitors use it: pages viewed, links clicked, how you arrived (for example from a search engine), the device and browser you use, your approximate location from your IP address, and the date and time of each visit. KitchenDEV uses this to understand which pages help visitors and to improve the site.

Cookies and analytics

kitchendev.com uses cookies and similar technologies from these services:

  • Google Analytics measures traffic and how visitors use the site.
  • HubSpot connects visits to form submissions so KitchenDEV can follow up with people who contact us.
  • Microsoft Clarity records how visitors scroll, click and move through pages (heatmaps and session recordings) so KitchenDEV can find confusing pages. Clarity masks text you type into forms.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Google offers an opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking cookies does not stop the site from working.

Service providers

KitchenDEV shares information only with the companies that run parts of this website for us, and only for that purpose:

  • Vercel hosts the website.
  • HubSpot stores contact and demo requests in KitchenDEV's customer records.
  • Calendly schedules demo meetings.
  • Resend sends the email notifications about new requests.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form is being filled in by a person, not a bot.
  • Anthropic screens form submissions for spam with an automated check before they reach KitchenDEV's records.
  • Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity provide the analytics described above.

KitchenDEV does not sell your personal information and does not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How long KitchenDEV keeps information

KitchenDEV keeps contact and demo information for as long as it is needed to respond to you and manage the business relationship, and analytics data for the period each analytics service retains it.

Your choices

You can ask KitchenDEV to show you, correct or delete the personal information it holds about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@kitchendev.com. Every marketing email from KitchenDEV includes a way to unsubscribe.

Security

KitchenDEV uses reasonable measures to protect the information it collects. No method of sending or storing information over the internet is completely secure, so KitchenDEV cannot guarantee absolute security.

Links to other sites

This website links to other sites, such as Calendly and social media pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and KitchenDEV is not responsible for their practices.

This website is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. KitchenDEV does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 and deletes any it learns it has received.
